If you are planning to visit The Studio & Co. and our wonderful creatives, below is some information that may help make your experience more enjoyable.
Location
The Studio & Co. is located at 545 Mornington-Tyabb Rd, Moorooduc, (corner of Derril Rd).
If you're traveling from Melbourne via Peninsula Link, simply take the Mornington-Tyabb Rd exit toward Mornington, and you'll find us just 1.5km down on the right.
Access from Moorooduc Highway is also available.

Parking
Parking is situated at the rear of the building with access via Derril Road and Mornington-Tyabb Road. Additionally, street parking is available along both Mornington-Tyabb Rd and Derril Rd.

Each artist maintains their individual work schedule. If you're planning to visit a specific tenant, we recommend reaching out directly to ensure their availability.
Getting Around
Navigate our precinct, comprising a spacious indoor area, outdoor nursery, and creative studios with ease. Download our precinct map for assistance.
Accessibility
Our space is wheelchair, pram, and walker accessible, featuring ramps and handrails without stairs. Please note that our parking area has crushed rock surface, which may pose challenges for some mobility aids.

Enjoy convenient amenities such as baby change tables located in our accessible, gender-neutral, single occupant toilets.
Animals & Pets
Furry friends are welcome in all outdoor areas of The Studio & Co. However, we kindly request securing them outside before entering retail areas. Service animals and guide dogs are permitted throughout the space.

The UAA office operates by appointment only.
